Spa Days

Our spa day packages are an ideal opportunity to enjoy our wonderful treatments, products and Spirit Health Club facilities ( i.e. 15 m swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Steam room, Sauna and Gym) in a warm, relaxed, friendly and comfortable setting. Our aim is to help you switch off during that “me time”, leaving you feeling relaxed, safe in the hands of our highly trained and committed therapists. The treatments are not simultaneous for two people however this is consistent with our brand to give you that unique, person-centred therapeutic time and space.
